職位描述: 1. Responsible for quality planning, trail-run verification, product audit and process audit during NPI.

負(fù)責(zé)新項(xiàng)目導(dǎo)入階段的質(zhì)量策劃、試生產(chǎn)驗(yàn)證、產(chǎn)品審核和過(guò)程審核。

2. To create the Inspection Plan into MES/SAP system and disposal with defect part as well as receiving and releasing raw material and finish goods.

3. Deal with the quality issues during production process and organize cross function team to analyse the root cause and ask responsible department to take corrective action as well as to verify and follow up the effectiveness until it can be closed.

負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題確認(rèn)和處置，組織協(xié)調(diào)跨部門團(tuán)隊(duì)分析根本原因，并找出有效的糾正措施，并驗(yàn)證其有效性，直到問(wèn)題關(guān)閉.

7. Training/support operators for daily incoming material/ process/finished goods inspection, include FAI/LPI.

培訓(xùn)/支持生產(chǎn)部門來(lái)料檢驗(yàn)/過(guò)程檢驗(yàn)/成品發(fā)貨檢驗(yàn)，包括首末件檢驗(yàn)；

8. Create/maintain SOP for test method/device.

檢測(cè)方法/設(shè)備的SOP制定和維護(hù)，以及培訓(xùn)；

9. Lab inventory management, calibration management;

實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備臺(tái)賬，設(shè)備計(jì)量和校準(zhǔn)管理；

10. SPC data collecting and analysis, MSA report prepare.

11. Provide coil certificate and Final goods test reports to customer before delivery;
