Job Responsibilities: ? Assist analytical lab construction at the Zhangjiang High-tech park, Shanghai (~ 1 year) and later re-locate (entire lab) to Suzhou, Jiangsu by the end of 2019 ? Assist analytical method development for protein quantification and characterization, and provide in-process sample analysis support ? Write and revise analytical SOPs, execute experiment and perform data analysis, draft test reports ? Perform daily lab activities, maintain analytical instrument, and manage lab supply Requirements: ? M.S./B.S. in Analytical Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related science discipline ? Minimum of 0+ (M.S.) / 3+ (B.S.) years’ experience in Biopharma or Biotechnology industry ? Practical experience and work knowledge of modern HPLC/UPLC, capillary electrophoresis, and/or mass spectrometry techniques as applied to protein analytical analysis ? Must possess good understanding of protein chemistry and biochemistry related to biologics drug development. Demonstrated problem-solving ability in science with strong technical proficiency ? Must be able to perform hands-on lab experiment up to 80% of regular hours ? Effective communication skills and strong team player with demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and with cross-functional teams ? Work proficiency in English and Chinese
