主要工作Principal Activities
?辦理外匯管理相關(guān)法規(guī)及銀行要求的外匯收支數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)送、備案及證照辦理等工作
In line with SAFE Laws and Regulations as well as banks’ requirements, responsible for foreign currency reports preparation, registration, and Process and related certificates & licenses issues
?收集和分析財(cái)經(jīng)、外匯、財(cái)稅相關(guān)法規(guī)的變動(dòng)以及對(duì)公司相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的影響，并提出相應(yīng)建議
Collect and analyze the impact of the change of regulations to the company, and proposing suggestions
?收集、統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析利率匯率及相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理所需基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)，并提供管理建議
Collect, sort and analyze data and information of interests and other relevant economy data to facilitate risks management of interest and foreign exchange rate
?跟蹤和分析市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制產(chǎn)品和工具，結(jié)合公司業(yè)務(wù)需求建立并完善風(fēng)控模型，提供管理建議
Market risk management products and tools follow up and analysis, develop risk management model for the company and provide management advices
?向其他部門及相關(guān)方就外匯收支業(yè)務(wù)提供建議
Suggest on foreign currency issues to other Departments or relevant parties
?制定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理相關(guān)政策及程序并執(zhí)行
Establish and implement risk management relevant policies
?參與保險(xiǎn)的日常管理工作
Join daily insurance work
?協(xié)助完善和執(zhí)行支付保障機(jī)制
Assisting improving and implementing PSM
?協(xié)助建立客戶信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和工具
Assisting establishment and reinforcement of customer credit risk assessment standards and tools
?與銀行、外匯管理機(jī)構(gòu)及保險(xiǎn)公司的溝通及協(xié)調(diào)

Keep desk and surrounding area clean and free from potential hazards
?負(fù)責(zé)自己的訪客在辦公室的安全事項(xiàng)，如前臺(tái)登記、簡(jiǎn)短的安全介紹、在緊急狀態(tài)下提供必要的協(xié)助等
Ensure visitors you are responsible for sign-in at the front desk and provide them with a brief safety induction i.e., what to do in an emergency or if they need help

工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)Work Experience
?在資金/銀行/財(cái)務(wù)方面五年以上的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有2年以上外資企業(yè)相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理工作工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
Minimum five years’ experience in treasury/banking/finance, preferably with at least two years’ experience in a similar capacity or a related discipline obtained in a foreign-invested enterprise
教育背景Educational Background
?大學(xué)或以上學(xué)歷，四級(jí)或以上英語(yǔ)水平，經(jīng)濟(jì)、財(cái)經(jīng)、會(huì)計(jì)或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)
Bachelor degree with CET 4 or above, major in economy, finance，accounting or a business-related area
?會(huì)計(jì)師或經(jīng)濟(jì)師以上職稱，具有注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師、財(cái)經(jīng)分析師、財(cái)經(jīng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理師或相同等級(jí)專業(yè)資格優(yōu)先
Qualified accountant / economic engineer or above, CPA / CFA / FRM or equivalent qualification is preferred
