Schneider Electric’s Secure Power Business Unit is passionate about end to end product quality to satisfy customer. In this position, the ODM Quality Engineer is responsible for:
Project Quality Management
- Establish the Project Quality Plan and Quality Target get its validation, and lead its execution to ensure the Offer Quality Built-in to reach the Satisfaction of the future customers
- Guarantee that the Voice of Customer is well collected and analyzed in order to provide robust and ranked customer requirements to the project team and all customer requirements are well taken in account from Open to Closure of Project.
- Guarantee the best application of the Offer Creation Processes and the collaborative and function processes and make sure that Risk Identification, Assessment and Mitigation plan are managed and updated in the project.
- Make the synthesis on Lessons Learned on product development Field Quality Management
- In charge of the Field Quality Management of the offers. To identifying and eliminating quality risks that can impact customer satisfaction and quality.
- To collaborate with their SE colleagues to understand, mitigate and eliminate these risks wherever they occur in the product lifecycle by supporting quick and effective responses to field quality issues Supplier Quality Management
- In charge of Bland Labeling Vendor Quality Management by quality coaching / regular quality report review / onsite audit to ensure bland labeling vendor support end to end quality management.
- To collaborate with their SE colleagues to understand, mitigate and eliminate these risks wherever they occur in the product lifecycle by supporting quick and effective responses to field quality issues

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in technical discipline is required, and 7+ years of power industry RD / QA working experience. - Basic understanding of power related product circuit / component knowledge
