ROLE PURPOSE: 工作描述: ?Provide basic technical support for the production line. 為生產(chǎn)線提供基本的技術(shù)支持。 ?Continuous improvement of R&M costs planned and unplanned equipment downtime, equipment operational efficiency and time between failures. 持續(xù)改善R&M成本，設(shè)備計(jì)劃內(nèi)停機(jī)時(shí)間，非計(jì)劃內(nèi)停機(jī)時(shí)間，設(shè)備運(yùn)行效率及故障間隔時(shí)間。 ?Responsible for leading, directing, managing, planning, and executing maintenance projects, including maintenance and repair, set-up and installation services of production equipment. 負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、指導(dǎo)、管理、計(jì)劃和執(zhí)行維修保養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目，包括生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的保養(yǎng)和維修、設(shè)置和安裝服務(wù)。 ?Responsible for presiding, certifying, accepting new equipment with the process engineer team. 負(fù)責(zé)與工藝工程師團(tuán)隊(duì)一起主持新設(shè)備的認(rèn)證，驗(yàn)收工作 . KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: 工作職責(zé):
?Assist senior engineers/managers to complete maintenance work and yield improvement. 協(xié)助高級(jí)工程師/經(jīng)理完成維修保養(yǎng)工作和良率的改善。 ?Assist senior engineers/managers in performing preventive maintenance tasks for assembly equipment according to PM plans and participate in teamwork to solve problems. 根據(jù)PM計(jì)劃，協(xié)助高級(jí)工程師/經(jīng)理執(zhí)行裝配設(shè)備預(yù)防性維護(hù)的任務(wù)，并參與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作解決問(wèn)題。 ?Assist the Senior Engineer in executing the action plan developed by the Manager/Director to achieve the set objectives. 協(xié)助高級(jí)工程師執(zhí)行經(jīng)理/總監(jiān)制定的行動(dòng)計(jì)劃，以實(shí)現(xiàn)既定目標(biāo)。 ?Lead and assist technicians to resolve machine breakdowns and repairs. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與協(xié)助技術(shù)人員攜手合作解決機(jī)器故障及維修。 ?Implement routine emergency repairs and take corrective actions. 實(shí)施日常緊急維修并采取糾正措施。 ?Implement maintenance cost reduction projects. 落實(shí)維護(hù)成本降低項(xiàng)目 ?Documentation and inventory control of all equipment, tools, spare parts and consumables required by the maintenance. 以最經(jīng)濟(jì)的方式，對(duì)維修組所需的所有設(shè)備、工具、備件和消耗品進(jìn)行記錄和庫(kù)存控制. ?Establish records and inventory control of all equipment, tools, spare p
