職位描述
1、負(fù)責(zé)品牌部全面工作;
2、擬定品牌發(fā)展規(guī)劃并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行;
3、組織宣傳及廣告投放策略研究; 4、擬定廣告采購戰(zhàn)術(shù),組織廣告效果評估;
5、統(tǒng)籌各類展會的評估及實施工作; 6、統(tǒng)籌公關(guān)事件行銷與活動策劃; 7、協(xié)調(diào)品牌宣傳推廣,提高宣傳效果,提升品牌高度;
8、負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品及配套物料設(shè)計、打樣及封樣;
9、負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)、管理與考核包裝、設(shè)計等中介機構(gòu)的工作;
10、組織內(nèi)部員工業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)與技能提升;

Main Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
? Develop sound marketing strategies and effectively lead a team to: 
Formulate and implement overall marketing strategies 制定有效益的綜合市場策略,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)市場部團(tuán)隊
- Develop and direct overall marketing plans including advertising, public relations programs and road show etc. to enhance the image of TPSD range.制定綜合市場計劃:包括廣告,公關(guān),路演等來提升沱牌舍得酒業(yè)產(chǎn)品系列的形象
- Plan and execute the customer relationship program and promotion plan to support business objectives for retail and AFH business.制定并執(zhí)行CRM客戶關(guān)系管理計劃來支持并達(dá)成總體業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)
- Oversee the evaluations of market reactions and market research. 監(jiān)控市場評估,市場反應(yīng)和市場調(diào)研
- Direct merchandise management in all channels to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness, including forecasting, pricing and marketing models. 制定在不同銷售渠道中的產(chǎn)品陳列方案,提高市場效益方案:包括預(yù)測,價格,和市場營運模式
- Supervise sales team to develop and execute a consistent brand presentation in all communications. 指導(dǎo)銷售隊伍貫切執(zhí)行一致性品牌和宣傳策略
? Product portfolio management 產(chǎn)品組合管理
- Initiate and participate in the product portfolio strategy and new product development and launch to support overall business. 參與產(chǎn)品組合策略及新品研發(fā)上市,支持整體業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展。
- Work closely with sales, technical and production team to develop product innovation to maximize regional / local seasonal opportunities. 與銷售,技術(shù)和生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊緊密合作推動產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)意充分把握區(qū)域銷售季節(jié)機遇
? People management 人員管理
- Lead, train and develop a high performing marketing and merchandising team and relationship. Manage the manpower effectively and to ensure high service standard and high team spirit among staff.領(lǐng)導(dǎo),培訓(xùn)和發(fā)展高效市場和貨品管理隊伍。在合理化人員架構(gòu)的氣氛中確保優(yōu)異市場服務(wù)理念和高昂團(tuán)隊精神

Experience & Qualification 經(jīng)驗與資歷
Minimum Qualification (Knowledge & Experience): 最低要求 知識與經(jīng)驗
? University degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines. 大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷,主修市場,傳媒或相關(guān)學(xué)科
? Excellent knowledge of marketing and brand building, with strong track record of success. 優(yōu)異市場管理和品牌建立專業(yè)知識,通過職業(yè)生涯紀(jì)錄證明
? Strategic thinking with strong commercial sense and business acumen.
戰(zhàn)略思維并具備高度商業(yè)觸覺
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with Global / International and local teams.

? 10+ years of related working experience with multinational environment exposure, preferably in building a premium positioned retail brand in China. 十年或以上在跨國企業(yè)中任職(擁有建立高端零售產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗為佳)
