Customer Journey department is responsible for enabling EPLAN customers and prospects on their individual and digital journey from the awareness to the renewal phase. It is responsible for educating and enabling our colleagues worldwide to always communicate the right message to the market & deliver value. Customer Journey department work very closely with the Team Red Marketing and Corporate & Brand Communication. Go-To-Market Management team is a part of Customer Journey department. It is responsible for the delivery of EPLAN value-based software & services portfolio to our customers and prospects in multiple industries worldwide. We enable the growth of our business, by ensuring right solutions, at the right time, to drive the success of our core? markets. Our goal is to simplify our technical solutions into value for our customers via easy-to-understand value ?propositions, delivered in customer centric stories that resonate with our target markets. As the GTM Manager in EPLAN China, you are responsible to adapt EPLAN Global Marketing strategy to China in a proper way.
Key Responsibilities:
?Adapting EPLAN Global Marketing strategy to the local market in China ?Link between EPLAN China & Customer Journey department in the HQ ?Adapting, translating, organising and reporting local GTM sessions and campaigns in China ?Budget planning support for China to align marketing activities with GTM / strategic topics ?Providing content support to the Sales, Consultant and Online and Field Marketing in China ?Work with vendors to manage (design, develop, operate, promote) the customer journey platforms like eplan official website, WeChat Account, Bilibili, TikTok and so on ?Generating the traffic and get awareness from the target audience. Attracting the leads from different platforms and qualification them with the vendors
Requirements: ?A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, IT Engineering, Marketing or other relevant subjects ?Advanced interper
