Job Description: As the Global HR Director at Sailglobal, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will lead the HR team and work closely with leadership across the organization to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Your role will be crucial in shaping our culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that our HR practices support our growth in diverse global markets.
Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Leadership: -Develop and implement a global HR strategy that aligns with our business goals and supports our rapid growth. -Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. -Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on HR matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Talent Acquisition & Management: -Oversee the global talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire the best talent in a competitive market. -Develop and implement talent management practices that support the growth and development of employees, including performance management, career development, and succession planning. -Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, ensuring that Sailglobal attracts and retains talent from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Culture & Employee Engagement: -Champion Sailglobal’s company culture, ensuring it reflects our values and supports a positive, high-performing work environment. -Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance job satisfaction, productivity, and retention. -Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting a sense of belonging and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
